Broken Equipment and Poor Service
One customer, Giani Ntente, had a terrible experience when they hired a Buffalo etesia ride-on mower, which turned out to be broken. This not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in them being unable to complete their job. To make matters worse, they were charged for the repair of the broken machine. The customer felt that the company was only interested in making money, even if it meant taking advantage of their customers.
Environmental Concerns and Lack of Professionalism
