The Door Depot

The Door Depot, a time-honoured family-run business situated in Edinburgh, has been specialising in the installation and maintenance of garage doors from leading manufacturers for over 15 years. Our company was established in 1991 by Sam Henderson and Alex Williamson, who started as a small shop with just the two of them. Today, we take great pride in our friendly one-to-one service, and our fitting engineers, many of whom have been with us since the company's inception, possess extensive experience in fitting garage doors. Our showroom, located at 38 Dean Park Avenue in Balerno, EH14 7EB, displays an array of styles and gear types of garage doors, including Up & Over, Sectionals, Rollers, and Side Hinged.

Garage Doors

At The Door Depot, we supply and fit garage doors from esteemed manufacturers such as Garador, Hormann, SeceuroGlide, Cardale, Garador, Henderson, Hormann, Novoferm, and SeceuroGlide. We are also capable of performing repairs on doors from these manufacturers. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch products and services, ensuring that we meet their specific needs and preferences.

UPVC External Doors

In addition to our garage door services, we can also assist you with UPVC external doors. Our goal is to cater to all of our clients' door requirements under one roof, making us a one-stop-shop for all their door needs.

The Door Depot is owned and managed by Shirley and Alex Williamson. Our team comprises skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering excellent workmanship and customer service. We are proud of our long-standing team members, some of whom have been with us since the company's inception.

Closing Dates

We would like to inform our clients that we will be closed for a short break from 8th March 2024 - 18th March 2024, and from the 24th September through till 2nd of October. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our clients' understanding and patience during these times.

In Memoriam

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our great friend and colleague, Derek, who unfortunately lost his long battle and passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends. We want to express our gratitude to all our customers who kept in contact to ask how he was. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
