JP Stone Ltd is an established family-run manufacturer of doors and bespoke joinery situated in the village of Milstead, near Sittingbourne in Kent. We work with clients across many different industries including health, commercial and residential, both locally and nationwide. Our aim is to supply our customers with high-quality joinery and to ensure that project requirements are met on time and on budget. This has earned us the reputation of being a committed customer-focused manufacturer with a loyal customer base and recommendations.

Our team of skilled joiners produce high-quality products from doors to bespoke joinery using modern and traditional joinery craftsmanship. JP Stone Ltd has achieved full FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody certification. We recognize our responsibility to the environment and sustainability and are committed to reducing our environmental impacts through responsible purchasing. We can provide FSC and PEFC certified products upon request.

Continued investment has been made on machinery and computer technology to enable us to offer the best possible service to our customers, including the purchase of a CNC machine which allows fast and precise production and therefore short delivery times and consistent high quality. We also have a purpose-built spray booth to provide specialist paint and lacquer finishes.

Doorsets: We manufacture high-quality doorsets that meet the individual design and performance characteristics of our clients. We can liaise with clients and/or architects to combine design with performance characteristics. We can also produce AutoCAD drawings if required.

Windows: We manufacture all types of casement, bay, sliding sash, pivot, roof, and lantern lights using high-quality materials, weather seals, and glazed to suit customer requirements.

Bespoke Joinery: We are a bespoke joinery manufacturer working on large commercial projects such as office fit-outs, shop fit-outs, leisure centers, universities, and also individual items for private clients looking for quality products for their homes.

Wine Storage: We can design and manufacture high-quality wine storage solutions for homes, restaurants, and bars, whether it is for a dedicated wine room, flat or curved wall, or even a single cabinet.

Heritage: We have produced joinery for Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed buildings, working closely with clients, architects, and main contractors to manufacture joinery where matching to the original details is essential.

CNC Machining: We offer an extensive range of high-quality CNC routing services, carrying out one-off bespoke items or large batch runs. The CNC machine allows for fast and precise production and therefore short delivery times and consistent high quality.

Finishing: We offer an in-house veneer and laminating service, as well as an in-house spray booth for a wide range of finishes and applications, which can be applied to individual components of larger projects, doors, and bespoke joinery products.

AutoCAD: We can produce AutoCAD drawings for approval before commencing manufacture.
