The majority of reviewers have been pleased with the quality and performance of their Hormann garage doors. Customer Service
On the other hand, several reviewers have had negative experiences with Hormann's customer service. Mark Cresswell, Luke Waterhouse Lucas, James Campbell, Petr Vagner, C., and Ray Collington all reported difficulty in getting in touch with the company or resolving issues with their doors. Elizabeth Morrison was initially dissatisfied with the company's response to her corrosion issue, but was eventually satisfied with the replacement of her garage doors.
Product Issues
