Our building surveying services include building surveys, schedule of condition surveys, contract administration, and schedule of works, among others. Our valuation and lease advisory services include residential and commercial valuations, compulsory purchase advisory, expert witness, and lease extension and enfranchisement. We also offer investment management services, including D1 and D2 consultancy, agency, and loan security valuations.
Our Team
Our team of directors comprises experienced professionals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the property industry. David P Nesbit, our founder, has worked in property since 2003 and has extensive experience in professional advisory and investment roles. Richard Summers has worked in property since 2008 and focuses on valuation, agency, and investment management instructions. Patrick Conlon is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years' post-qualification experience, specialising in building surveys, defect reports, and housing disrepair claims. Paul Tarrant has worked in property since 2006 and has a focus on commercial valuations, landlord and tenant work, and specialist valuations for social housing, registered providers, and schools. Marc Capillaire has a specialism in party wall matters and neighbourly matters and brings vast experience gained in previous roles at West End firms.
