Welcome to Newlife Contracts (Flooring) Ltd, a North East based commercial flooring contract specialists with over 20 years of commercial flooring experience. We specialise in large commercial contracts that demand precise planning and tight scheduling. Our clients consist of public sector organisations, the leisure industry, and corporate enterprises. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience, ensuring that our working standards have been evaluated and approved by the CFA (Contract Flooring Association).

Our services include Safety Floor, Vinyl, Laminate, Carpet, Remnants, Carpet Tiles, Waterproof Flooring, Real & Engineered Wood, Tiles & Designer Flooring. We have now opened our fantastic Washington showroom, FLOORING TRADE WAREHOUSE, to the general public, where everyone is welcome to take advantage of our low trade prices. We are also available on Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

At Newlife Contracts, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our clients are happy with our services. Many of our clients have used our professional fitting service for over 20 years, reassured by our continuity of management and fitters. We work closely with our clients to ensure minimum disruption, and we can also provide 'out of hours' fitting services if needed.
