About Nic

I am a second-generation cabinet maker, following in the footsteps of my father who was a carpenter joiner. I was apprenticed at the age of 16 and completed my studies at The London College of Furniture and Nescot. I achieved my NVQ level 3 in carpentry & joinery as the top student of the year in my course.

I spent seven years working for Harman's Antiques of Dorking, restoring and refurbishing a wide range of wooden antiques. I am now self-employed as a cabinet maker, continuing to restore furniture as well as designing and making bespoke pieces to commission.
