Our Expertise
Our team of Chartered Surveyors has extensive experience in undertaking surveys of buildings, both residential and commercial. We provide RICS HomeBuyers Surveys and Condition Reports, as well as Architectural Services, including drawings prepared on AutoCAD, and applications for Planning, Listed Building, and Building Control Consents. We also provide advice on dilapidations, repairs, and alterations for landlords and tenants, as well as expert witness and party wall advice.
