Sussex Architectural Services is a dedicated architectural practice established in 2008, based in the picturesque village of Warninglid, West Sussex. Our founder, John Sergi, holds a BA Honours (Architecture) and a Diploma in Architecture, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to every project we undertake.

John's architectural journey began in 2000, working with a prestigious London-based developer, focusing on the design and development of luxurious riverside apartment complexes along the River Thames. This experience provided a strong foundation in delivering high-quality residential projects to demanding standards. Following this successful tenure, John honed his skills with two well-established architectural practices in East and West Sussex, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of local planning regulations and construction practices.
