Maltings Structures Chartered Surveyors, Architectural Designers & Valuers is a well-established company that has been providing surveying, architectural design, and valuation services for many years. Our management team and specialists have been with the company for over 40 years and 20 years, respectively. *Condition Report (RICS Level 1)*

The Condition Report is the most basic of the RICS surveys, and it provides an overview of the condition of the property. The report highlights any urgent defects and potential legal issues, and it is ideal for newer properties in good condition.

*Homebuyer Report (RICS Level 2)*

The Homebuyer Report is more detailed than the Condition Report, and it includes a valuation of the property. The report highlights any significant defects that may affect the value of the property, as well as any legal issues. This report is suitable for most properties, including newer ones in good condition and older properties that may require some repair work.

*Building Survey (RICS Level 3)*

The Building Survey is the most comprehensive of the RICS surveys, and it provides a detailed assessment of the property. The report highlights all defects, both minor and major, and it includes a valuation and a reinstatement cost assessment. This report is suitable for all properties, but it is especially useful for older properties, properties that have been extensively altered, or properties that are in a poor state of repair.

*Valuations (Rics Registered Valuer)*

Our RICS Registered Valuer can provide valuations for a variety of purposes, including probate, matrimonial, and insurance. We use the most up-to-date valuation techniques and methods to ensure that our clients receive an accurate valuation of their property.

*CAD Drawings*

Our CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing service allows us to create detailed plans and drawings of properties. These can be used for a variety of purposes, including planning applications and building regulations.
