Established in 1988, Richard Soan Roofing Services is a family-owned professional roofing contractor serving the South East of the United Kingdom. We undertake residential, commercial, and industrial roofing, and are also Heritage Approved by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. We specialise in all aspects of roofing, whether it's pitched or flat roofing; our company undertakes slating & tiling, built-up felt roofing (bituminous membranes), single ply membranes, liquid coatings, mastic asphalt, leadwork, green roofs (sedum), UPVC fascias & soffits, renewal of rainwater goods, and chimney repairs.

We offer a wide range of services, including roof maintenance programmes, and our employees are specifically trained within their trade. We are approved installers to all the market-leading waterproofing membranes. Our work is fully compliant with the latest building regulations, and we have an extensive knowledge of issues associated with roofing. As Members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, we are now classified as a Competent Roofer. We are approved contractors to numerous local authorities, housing associations, NHS property trusts, emergency services, educational & leisure facilities, and ecclesiastical buildings.

More recently, we received the 2018 Lewes District Business Awards Best Customer Service Award, following on from our Business of the Year award in 2015 and Richard Soan receiving Business Person of the Year in 2016.
