Our Origins and Aspirations

Our company has its roots in traditional family values, with over 25 years of experience. We have grown from a small labour-only contractor in the 1990s to a thriving business, with a turnover of circa 8 million. We are immensely proud of our successes, derived from our commitment to providing an excellent service and fostering a fun and aspiring work environment. Our team comprises some of the most respected joiners in the industry, who have been with us for over 20 years.

Our Capabilities

Our comprehensive supply chain enables us to offer an extensive range of products, competitively and quickly. We have a compact management and supervisory structure, ensuring that works are closely monitored and controlled, and costs remain reasonable and competitive. We are confident in our ability to facilitate cost savings and improvements to specification. Our commitment to innovation and technology has led us to implement industry-specific software, project-specific iPads, and IT equipment. This has brought our project management up to speed with that of our clients.

Our Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E)

We are fiercely committed to the Health, Safety, and Environment of our workforce. We have invested in the latest equipment, including M-Class dust extractors, leading brand PPE, HAVI HAVS monitoring kits, and a fleet of dust extraction cutting stations. Our goal is to keep our workforce safe and healthy. We take pride in our HS&E systems and are constantly striving to improve our knowledge and stay up to date with the latest regulations and industry news.

Our Team

Our team is our greatest asset. We hold immense pride in the people behind our success. We have developed incredibly over the last decade, fostering talented individuals among our team. We work closely together, building a high level of respect and camaraderie. We regularly donate time and efforts to fundraising for charities, be it locally, nationally, or something close to one of our hearts. We also sponsor a local football team that promotes and helps people with mental health issues - an issue we recognize as a key concern in our industry.

Our Leadership

Our Managing Director, Dan Taylor, has revolutionized our services and project accounting. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor, he oversees the performance and operations of all our projects, ensuring that the commercial aspect of our business is on target. Our Contracts Director, James Carroll, has over 35 years of experience in the joinery industry, with a strong background in site management and technical expertise. Our Operations Director, Natalie Taylor, keeps the cogs turning behind the scenes, focusing on developing our company image, profile, and business plans.
