Consultation and Quotation

We start by discussing your forthcoming removal to assess the quantity to be moved and discuss our packing services and any dismantling/reassembling requirements you may have. We then send out a detailed quotation within 24 hours, usually via email. We believe in giving you the space and time to review our quote at your convenience, and we won't chase you up unless you have any questions or would like to accept our quotation.

Packing Services

One of the most time-consuming parts of relocation is safely packing up all of your belongings. As well as offering a removal service, we can help you with all your packing requirements. We appreciate that every removal is unique, and so are every customer's packing requirements. We usually offer two types of packing service as detailed below. However, these can be tailored to meet your own specific needs. Just let us know what you would like packed and we'll be happy to help.

• Part-packing service - breakables only: We carefully pack all your fragile items: china, glass, lamps, ornaments, breakable kitchenware, pictures and mirrors etc., while you pack all your other possessions.
• Full packing service: Sit back and relax while we pack your entire house for you.
• Unpacking service: Ideal for those who want to get settled into their new house as quickly as possible. Please note that unpacking will be to table top height and we'll remove all packing materials on the day, leaving your new house clean and tidy.

These services are available to everybody, but are especially convenient for those living in Crowborough, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area. Should you decide to do your own packing and are moving within the local area, we can provide all boxes on our refundable deposit system. We can also sell you packing paper and tape.
