Architectural & Design: We provide a full range of drawings from initial concept sketches to detailed designs for planning and construction. Our experience extends to the adaptation and extension of existing buildings, old and new.
Historic Property Consultants: With over 20 years of experience as consultants to The National Trust, English Heritage, and private property owners, we have developed expertise in survey and conservation planning, embracing the repair and restoration of historic structures.
Photogrammetry: We use the latest developments in 3D modeling software to generate 3D spatial data through the photogrammetric processing of digital images.
Structural Surveys: We provide in-depth Building Survey reports to support our clients' decisions to buy or rent new houses or commercial premises.
Project Management: Our projects have covered a wide range, from the repair of Wordsworth House and Gardens in Cockermouth following the floods of 2010 to the repair of a storm-damaged Grade I listed office block in Newcastle.
Planning Applications: We have achieved significant success in obtaining Planning Permissions for developments, including Historic Properties, Rural Buildings in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Properties in National Parks, and Urban Housing and Commercial Premises.
