We can prepare a detailed specification or NBS specification of your scheme, including room finishes, ironmongery, door, window schedules, as well as electrical and heating layouts. This detailed specification, along with accompanying drawings, will ensure that you receive a more accurate construction cost from your selected builder or contractor.
3D Modeling
