As part of our typical service, we carry out a discovery and feasibility study on your development before moving into the planning process, building regulations applications, detailed design, and through to contract administration of the construction phase until completion of the project.

Nick Daccus, Director

Nick Daccus is the founder and director of Daccus Architects & Construction Managers Ltd. Nick qualified as a Part 3 chartered architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2000 after graduating from Liverpool University. Nick's family has a long history in the construction industry, and he was advised by his father to avoid working in the industry. However, Nick chose to ignore this advice and qualified as an architect, running his own successful practice.
