Desmo is a team of dedicated specialist electricians, mechanical contractors, and skilled facilities-management project managers operating primarily in Yorkshire and the North of England. With our origins dating back to 2006, we have grown into a capable and adaptable team, able to tackle projects of varying sizes and complexities. Our core strength lies in our ability to offer a comprehensive 360-degree service, integrating our electrical, facilities-management, and office refurbishment capabilities. This allows us to handle all aspects of commercial and industrial office upgrades, refurbishments, and strip-outs, alongside our specialist electrical installations, servicing, testing, and maintenance.

Our team consists of experienced and highly trained specialists who hold various accreditations in Health and Safety, ensuring it is an integral part of our company's culture. We have a strong team of electricians, electrical engineers, electrical designers, and project managers who can advise on the best solutions for every project. We also have mechanical and facilities supervisors, as well as electrical engineers specialised in ATEX installations. Our team's extensive experience in domestic and commercial installations, combined with their expertise in the latest environmental and eco-friendly requirements, enables us to provide the best possible solutions.

*Electrical Services*: We offer a wide range of electrical services, including electrical surveys, testing, installations, PAT testing, data point installations and upgrades, environmental lighting surveys and upgrades, energy-efficient lighting installations, external and internal security lighting surveys and installations, external and internal CCTV surveys, maintenance, installation and upgrades, and ATEX installations.

*Facilities Management*: Our facilities management services cover office building strip-outs, remodels, installations, and refurbs, warehouse internal installations, refits and refurbs, and management, survey, and installation of all associated services.

*Mechanical Services*: Our mechanical services cover mechanical strip-outs, moves, and installations, as well as management of all associated services. We specialise in being large-machinery dismantlers and managing all associated services.
