At David Lawrence, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, high level of craftsmanship, and broad range of skills. Our journey began in 1975 when David started the company, and since then, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional bespoke luxury furniture. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to a wide range of clients in the hospitality and residential markets, both nationally and internationally.

Our Services

We specialize in upholstery, re-upholstery, banquette seating, wall panelling, sofas and chairs, beds, leatherwork, headboards, cabinetry, and bespoke furniture pieces. With an in-house polishing shop and a strong relationship with local Essex frame makers, we have control over the whole process of manufacturing, ensuring our high standards are met every time. We work closely with designers to help them achieve their vision, providing full technical drawings, design development, and ensuring every detail is fit for purpose, made to measure.
