Our team comprises experienced and skilled craftsmen who are dedicated to producing high-quality joinery items. Our team members include:
- Mark Grantham, Managing Director, who has been with Somer Joinery since 1998
- Kevin Horler, Bench Joiner, who has an attention to detail and can turn his hand to any project
- Darren Phillips, Bench Joiner, who loves going ghost hunting in his spare time
- James Hadley, Apprentice, who loves cycles and has more of them than most have hot meals in a week
- David Mines, Bench Joiner, who has been with us for over 24 years and loves nothing more than to get stuck into some green oak framing and curved work
- Phil Horler, Wood Machinist, who is our resident powerhouse and can usually be found outside in the depths of winter in the rain, manhandling huge planks of wood for machining
- Mark Collins, Head Machinist, who strives for perfection in his machining and most of the work we produce will have gone through his hands in the machining process
- Andrew Grantham, Bench Joiner, who is our porch canopy expert and loves asking for a pay rise
