How We Powerflush

Our powerflushing process is a non-invasive, minimally disturbing procedure that ensures your central heating system is thoroughly cleaned. Our engineers will:

• Attach a powerful magnet filter to the pipe work system.
• Remove the circulatory pump or a radiator (no other radiators are disconnected from the system).
• Remove rust debris from the central heating system and radiators using a powerful magnet filter.
• Loosen rust deposits using an infrared thermometer to check for cold spots.
• Add cleaning chemicals to loosen and remove surface rust.
• Purge radiators one by one, removing any loosened debris.
• Take TDS (cleanliness) and pH readings for each radiator until acceptable target readings are reached.
• Re-instate and balance the central heating system as required.
