James is the Managing Director of The Window Doctor. He is the son of Allen, who initially started the business over 30 years ago. James is dedicated to continuing the legacy of exceptional service and quality that his father established.

Louise is the Scheduling Manager and works closely with the team of engineers to ensure that every customer's needs are met. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and keeping fit.

Lora is the New Business Coordinator and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. She enjoys a good TV series, attending music concerts, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
