Why BIM?

BIM, or Building Information Modeling, is a powerful tool that enables us to create 3D models of our designs. This technology allows us to collaborate more effectively with our clients and stakeholders, reduce errors and conflicts, and improve overall project efficiency. We believe that BIM is the future of the construction industry, and we are committed to staying at the forefront of this technology.

What is BIM?

BIM is often misunderstood as simply a 3D modeling tool, but it is so much more than that. BIM involves the creation of a single model that represents the building project, from which various data can be extracted to fulfill needs during construction and into the long-term running and maintenance of the building.

We have amended our working practices to comply with the BIM standards developed by the UK Government and ISO 19650. We are committed to working with like-minded professionals and contractors who are willing to adopt BIM and lead rather than follow in the move to BIM.
