Our journey began in 2013, when David Bullen Limited was established, initially offering building surveying services and certification of new build houses. In 2015, Ben Bullen, David's son, joined the business, expanding our services to include architectural design. Today, we employ a team of chartered surveyors and architectural technologists, while maintaining our family philosophy of putting the client first.

Our architectural services cover everything from new builds, barn conversions, and extensions, to residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our team of experts will guide you from conception to reality. Our building surveying services include home surveys, full building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation reports, and more. Our CML certification services provide a 6-year structural guarantee or a 10-year warranty for new build residential dwellings.
