Easton Surveyors Limited is a family-run business established in 1999 by Mike Easton FRICS MISVA. Based on the outskirts of Norwich, we provide independent advice on residential properties throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Our team of experienced surveyors are passionate about helping clients make well-informed decisions regarding their property purchases and valuations.
Home Surveys
We offer three levels of home surveys to cater to your needs:
- RICS Home Survey Level 2 (formerly Homebuyer Report): Provides a visual inspection and identifies potential structural or cosmetic issues.
- RICS Home Survey Level 3 (formerly Building Survey or Full Structural Survey): A more in-depth inspection suitable for older properties or those with complex construction.
- Valuation Services: We undertake valuations for various purposes, including:
