We specialise in providing a totally bespoke furniture solution, with product ranges developed by our experienced designers, sourced from our dedicated global manufacturers, and strictly inspected by our own overseas teams.

Our team of experienced designers continually travels the world to source the best products from the best suppliers. Our reliable and cost-effective supply chain proposition ensures that our customers receive their orders on time and at a competitive price.
Distribution
At Ideal Furniture, we offer full direct containers to UK distribution centre locations, reducing product costs and delivery lead times. We have a dedicated warehouse facility in the UK to support our customers who are looking for smaller minimum order quantities delivered to regional distribution centres.
Our UK Head Office, based in Sidcup, Kent, is home to our Customer Support Team who manage our customer's orders and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Poor Customer Service and Experience
The reviews highlight a series of incidents where customers have had a terrible experience with Ideal Furniture.
