Architectural Design Services

We provide architectural design services that incorporate buildability and longevity. Our design ethos is to find a design solution that responds to the client's needs and is responsive to the context of the site. We use the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, including Revit and Enscape, to produce accurate design models that can be visualised in three dimensions.

Building Surveys

Our building surveying services provide professional advice on a broad range of property matters, including leasehold and freehold properties. We offer measured building surveys and record surveys of historic buildings for listed building consent.

Project Management

Our project management service involves employing a project manager to oversee the design and procurement of a scheme, from inception to completion. We can provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to testing and commissioning.

Health & Safety / CDM Principal Designer

We act as the Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, ensuring that our clients' health and safety are paramount in the design and construction of their projects.

Sustainability

We believe that sustainability is crucial in the built environment. Our buildings have a significant impact on our wellbeing, and we offer advice on how to deliver energy-efficient buildings that provide a healthy environment from the outset.
