Hadland Manning Bullock and Partners Limited was formed in 1952 and now, more than 70 years later, we are still delivering the highest standard of service and expertise. Our team comprises, highly experienced quantity surveyors, who are passionate about assisting you with your next project. We are proud to have a strong leadership team, with Richard Trotman as our Managing Director. Richard joined HMB in 1995 and has a wealth of experience in pre and post contract works for various sectors including motor trade, HM Prison Service, residential homes, care homes, manufacturing Industry, educational projects, and private residential developments. He is experienced in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from feasibility to account settlement, as well as dispute resolution.

We also have Oliver Fickling, our Senior Managing Surveyor, who joined HMB in 1995 and has been responsible for a number of major projects including hospital projects, motor trade projects, prison service projects, commercial office developments, and ecclesiastical projects. Oliver is extremely experienced in all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy. Additionally, Adam Knight, our Senior Quantity Surveyor, has been with us since completing his full-time education in 2007. Adam plays a major role in the preparation of budget estimates and tender documents on a number of projects in varying sectors of industry. He is responsible for carrying out post contract services, dealing directly with contractors and Clients.
