Poor Customer Service and Reliability Issues
The reviews highlight significant issues with McNulty & Sons' customer service and reliability. Two reviewers, Zoltan Zanna and Trevor Lincoln, had appalling experiences with the company. They were consistently let down by the company's failure to show up for appointments, with no communication or explanation provided. Zoltan Zanna, in particular, had to rearrange appointments multiple times, only to be left waiting all day with no sign of the company.
Lack of Respect for Customers
Zoltan Zanna was extremely frustrated with the company's lack of respect for customers' time, citing instances where the owner failed to respond to messages or calls, leaving him to waste entire days waiting for the company to show up. This lack of respect was further exacerbated by the company's failure to honour its 25-year warranty, with Zoltan Zanna having to contact them 18 times to address a leaking down pipe issue.
Good Work Quality, But Not Enough
Despite the poor service, Zoltan Zanna did acknowledge that McNulty & Sons' work was of good quality, reasonably priced, and better than other local roofers. However, this was not enough to redeem the company's poor customer service and reliability issues.
