Land/Topographical Surveying
Our Land Surveyors have worked on a wide variety of construction and redevelopment projects, preparing 2D and 3D plans for Architects, Town Planners, and Local Authorities. We've gained extensive experience working in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, and London, and we're capable of undertaking surveying jobs across the United Kingdom.
Measured Building Surveys
Our staff is well-trained in collecting and presenting internal building dimensions through floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections. We're able to gather and present the relevant information for space planning, renovations, historical records, extensions, and more.
3D Laser Scanning
We utilize the latest advance in Surveying technologies, 3D laser scanning, to attain an unrivaled amount of data collection using remote means. This technology enables our Surveyors to collect vast amounts of data quickly and accurately.
Boundary Issues
Using the latest GPS and Total Stations, we undertake detailed surveys of boundaries (or part of), comparing the information to the latest Ordnance Survey Mapping and Land Registry filed Title Plans.
