Our Expertise

Our lead surveyor, Philip Carruthers, has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1985 and has extensive experience in conducting detailed surveys and valuations on residential properties, including listed and historic ones. Philip has a comprehensive understanding of conservation and the historic environment, having lived in a Grade II listed cottage and undertaken repair and renovation works himself.
