Our Director
Roger Squire, Director of WMS Squire Ltd, has over 20 years' experience as a building surveyor. Having worked in the South West since 2003, following a career in London which commenced in 1995, Roger set up practice in May 2011 to concentrate on a bespoke and highly personalised service for both commercial and residential property clients alike. Chartered in 2002, Roger has specific expertise in due diligence surveys, contract administration, The Party Wall etc. Act 1996, boundary disputes, and expert witness matters.
