Poor Fitting and Workmanship
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the poor fitting and workmanship of Baileys Blinds. Allison Davies mentioned that the blinds were spoiled by poor fitting, with gaps, loose cables, and cable blocks falling out of the wall. Sam Wardhaugh experienced multiple issues, including damage to a window during fitting, and incorrect colour blinds. Stuart Stephenson was unhappy with the driver's behavior outside his house.
Delays and Poor Customer Service
A number of reviewers experienced delays and poor customer service. Sam Wardhaugh waited over 6 weeks for blinds and was offered a small compensation for the delay. Alex White waited over 5 months for blinds and received no updates from the company.
