Our comprehensive range of services includes feasibility design, detailed design, planning applications, listed building applications, permitted development schemes, building regulation submissions, construction drawings, and 3D graphic visualizations. We also provide a design consultation visit for all new projects, where we meet with you at your home or development site to review your project and discuss the aims for your scheme.
Our Expertise
Our principal architect, Chris Brightman, has gained invaluable experience in working on multi-million-pound schemes for major commercial clients such as Sainsbury's, Wilson Bowden, SEGRO, Unite Student Accommodation, and IKEA. Chris is a fully qualified architect and registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
