Our Story

Established in March 1991, Marnick Builders started with small jobs, repairs, and maintenance for the general public and the Carrick District Housing Department. Over the years, we have honed our skills and expertise, expanding our services to cater to a wide range of sectors. In 2000, we were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth, which marked a significant milestone in our journey. Since then, we have continued to grow and evolve, while maintaining our commitment to quality, dedication, and professionalism.

Joinery

• Bespoke Joinery: We can accommodate all aspects of bespoke joinery, floor fitting, and construction carpentry for any project.
• Marnick Joinery: We work closely with our in-house joinery shop to repair a wide range of bespoke and traditional woodwork.

General Maintenance

• Our experienced and fully qualified workforce is able to cater for any needs, from hourly rates to fixed-price contracts, no matter how large or small.

Surveys and Planning Advice

• Our in-house team, with over 80 years of combined experience in the building industry, provides advice and recommendations on all areas of planning regulation and site surveying.
