Shepherd is a family-owned business with an excellent team of construction industry professionals. We undertake all aspects of construction and have a significant portfolio of public and private sector projects across residential, commercial, and property developing sectors. Our managing director, Kieron Shepherd, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a mason and worked his way up to become a construction manager before deciding to start his own construction company in 2012. Under his leadership, Shepherd Construction has built a reputation for the management and quality of their projects. We have expanded our operations to include larger residential developments and luxury one-off architecturally designed homes. Kieron continues to lead and grow Shepherd as managing director and is involved in all design work for each project. He is a family man and enjoys shooting and golf in his spare time.

Residential Development

We offer a range of residential services including new builds, renovations, and extensions. Some of our notable projects include Nova Ventura in Falmouth, a full restoration of a stone-built town house; a contemporary new build holiday home in Roseland with stunning sea views; and a full renovation of a 1960 detached house in Falmouth into a luxury 4-bedroom residential home. We also have ongoing developments such as St Paul's Old School in Penzance, which is being converted into nine 2-bedroom houses, and Trebarvah in Constantine, a small development of four, 4 and 5-bedroom houses.
