- Cost Planning: Prepare and develop the preliminary Cost Plan, monitoring cost implications during detailed design stages and maintaining and developing the Cost Plan throughout the pre-contract phase.
- Construction Cost Planning: Prepare and develop a comprehensive Construction Cost Plan, including initial cost estimates, detailed cost breakdowns, and final account validation.
- Contractor Selection: Assist clients in selecting the right contractor for the project, ensuring that their skills, expertise, and resources are aligned with the project's requirements.
