• Construction Cost Planning: Prepare and develop a comprehensive Construction Cost Plan, including initial cost estimates, detailed cost breakdowns, and final account validation.
• Contractor Selection: Assist clients in selecting the right contractor for the project, ensuring that their skills, expertise, and resources are aligned with the project's requirements.
• Procurement Advice: Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, ensuring that clients receive the best value for their money.
• Project Co-ordination: Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
