Established in 1970 by Edward Haycock and Joseph Todd, Haycock and Todd has developed over the years into a successful limited company with strong links to the community and a family business ethos. While the company has expanded, we are still run by the Todd family that has had almost 80 years' industry experience between them. We have worked with clients from all over the UK on domestic and commercial projects, forging lasting working relationships by maintaining high standards of professionalism and diligence.

Located centrally in the UK we operate nationwide providing fast and cost effective topographical surveys. We work in the most challenging terrain but maintain the high standards of professionals throughout to deliver a top quality survey to suit your needs.

Setting Out

Working to bespoke plans and designs, our surveys enable visions to become reality. We use the latest technology to set out positioning markers with accuracy, working closely with our clients and can return to site to set up roads and building positions from our existing survey stations.

Measured Surveys

Our measured building surveys are tailored to your needs and can include elevations, floor plans, cross sections, roof plans and details. We work with a variety of clients from architects, engineers, contractors and developers, providing them with the information they need to progress their projects.
