Established in 1995, SVA Architects is an award-winning architectural practice with over 25 years of experience in building design, planning applications, and building regulations. With offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire, Exeter, Devon, Leamington Spa, Chelsea, Richmond, and North London, we have delivered numerous commercial new builds, change of use, planning applications, and appeals, large auditoriums, mixed-use developments, flats, refurbishments of bars and restaurants, new houses, and house extensions of private homes.
Our team of experts has made over 350 planning applications, with the majority successful on the first application, negotiated decisions, or appeal. We have also made over 300 building regulations applications via local authority building control and approved inspectors.
