History of Stained Glass

Stained glass is a traditional craft that has gone virtually unchanged for more than 1000 years. The ancient techniques of glass making, cutting, painting, and joining the separate pieces using H-section lead came to form one panel are still practiced by the craftspeople and artists at The Stained Leaded Glass Studio. We draw on this rich history and tradition to create beautiful new stained glass designs and restore existing ones.
