Unprofessional Conduct
The first reviewer, Lesley Cook, recounted a terrible experience with the company. The initial flat roof repair was meant to cost 480, but the company ended up replacing the entire roof and bearings at a staggering 15,000. To make matters worse, they left the roof open to the elements, resulting in rain pouring in and ultimately causing a bedroom ceiling to collapse.
Lack of Attention to Detail
The second reviewer, Karel Frantisak, was equally dismayed with the company's work. He complained about the amount of dirt and rubbish left behind by the workers, which was unbecoming of any professional. As he reasonably pointed out, cleaning is an integral part of any job, and it was inexcusable for the company to neglect this important aspect of their work.
