Initial Disappointment and Problems with Communication

A reviewer, Adil Chaudry, shared his disappointing experience with Box Architects. After contacting Graham for a potential project, Adil found another architect, Box Architects, through Google. Graham visited the premise, provided a quote, and even created sketches without being asked. Despite some initial issues with the drawings, Adil decided to proceed with the project. However, things took a turn for the worse when Box Architects took planning fees but failed to submit the plans as agreed.

Unresolved Issues and Lack of Response

After deciding not to proceed with the project, Adil requested a refund, which was met with silence. Despite multiple emails to Angela, Ken, and Graham, Adil has received no response. The reviewer has been left frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and resolution to the issue.

Conclusion

The reviewer's experience with Box Architects was marred by poor communication, misunderstandings, and unresolved issues.
