Disappointing Experience with Vinyl Flooring Installation
Initial Issues
The reviewer, Stephen Knight, had a poor experience with the vinyl flooring installation. The installer failed to arrive within the agreed-upon time frame, and when he did arrive, the job was done quickly, but the final cost was higher than the quoted price.
Quality of Work
