Disappointing Experiences

One reviewer, Margaret Welsh, claimed to have paid thousands of pounds to fit designer flooring, but was left with a "complete disaster" due to glue residue. The company took three phone calls to send someone out, and even then, they only provided a half-bottle of adhesive remover. The reviewer and her husband had to spend countless hours removing the residue themselves.
