Lloyds Architecture is a small Chartered Practice with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, run by Lloyd Richards, a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 40 years of experience in the field. With a deep understanding of the Cornwall community, having lived and worked in the area all his life, Lloyd has positively contributed to the region's built environment through his work in design practices and local government.

Our practice offers a full range of architectural and technical design services, including domestic alteration and extension projects, new builds, and freelance architectural services. We specialise in working with clients to bring their project visions to life, guiding them through the entire process, from initial consultations to regulatory applications. Our initial consultations are always free of charge, providing an opportunity for clients to discuss their project aspirations and receive expert guidance.
