Established by Nigel Bush in 1985, the company has grown and evolved to become a reputable and experienced architectural practice. Our team of three Architectural Technicians and one technologist specialising in sustainability and eco-friendly procedures work together to provide a comprehensive range of architectural services.
Our Services
Our services encompass a wide range of architectural and planning services, including free initial site visits and consultations to discuss ideas and offer advice on the most efficient and practical way of achieving your design ambition. We provide a quote for our services, including survey and drawing preparation for submission to the Planning Department once the scheme has been agreed. We also advise on planning fees and any additional fees, such as bat surveys, mining surveys, and contaminated land surveys. The planning process typically takes around 2 months to obtain a decision.
