At Landmass, we are a multi-award-winning, RIBA chartered design and development company, founded in 1998 by our visionary Managing Director, Alan Waxman. Our journey began as a property development company, but over the years, we have evolved into a multi-disciplined real estate company, offering a comprehensive range of services, including architectural and interior design, project management, and property acquisition services. Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of skilled professionals, each with their unique expertise and passion for innovation. Our team members are:

• Claudia Rossi, Head of Architecture and Interior Design, with a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Genoa and a strong background in high-end residential and art gallery design.
• Peter Manthorpe, Acquisition and Development Specialist, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in engineering and property development.
• Poppy Evans, Business Development Manager, with a background in luxury brands and prime real estate, bringing creative and strategic marketing expertise to the table.
• James Quick, Investment and Development Specialist, with an MSc in Real Estate from Sheffield, and a wealth of experience in equity raising and development.
• Diogo Conde, Visual Marketing Expert, with a creative eye for photography, videography, and marketing, responsible for creating stunning visuals for our marketing campaigns.
