Positive Experiences
Two reviewers had excellent experiences with the surveying company. James Andrews, the surveyor, was praised for his professionalism and dedication to resolving issues that arose during the survey process. The Homebuyers report was described as easy to read and comprehensive, covering every aspect of the property.
Challenges with Service
One reviewer, however, had a disappointing experience with the company. The surveyor, James Andrew, failed to identify significant issues with the property, including live woodworm. Despite complaints, the company did not take responsibility or offer adequate compensation.
