Residential Surveys
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times, our professional, friendly service, and of course our team of experienced and thorough Chartered Surveyors. We offer a range of residential surveys, including the Homebuyers Survey, which is produced in a standard format provided by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is designed as a value for money package. This survey is intended for houses, flats, and bungalows of conventional construction and generally in reasonable condition or built after the 1900s. It will include details of defects, with urgent advice and other considerations such as safety, location, environment, and other matters your legal advisor should consider.
Our Building Condition Survey is a more extensive survey, recommended for properties built before the 1920s, or a property which has been substantially altered, or converted from its original use. This survey is tailored to customers' individual requirements and will include all defects and suggested remedies. We will also comment on the property value and prepare an insurance reinstatement valuation.
