Our Vision
Formed in 1997 as a public sector call-off contractor, Crown Flooring has grown to become one of the largest flooring contractors in the UK. Our impressive and longstanding client portfolio includes central and localised public sector bodies, facility management organisations, blue-chip companies, and selective Main Contractors & End Users. With operational centres in London, Cheshire, Cardiff, and Central Scotland, we stand alone as a national flooring organisation capable of providing flooring advice and installations at both ends of the project spectrum.
Consultancy
Unlike any other UK Flooring Contractor, we employ a specialist team of Consultant Surveyors providing a national service from our operational centres in Cheshire, London, and Central Scotland. This team is generally the first point of contact for our customers and provides the following services:
- Impartial specification and technical advice for all flooring products and processes
- Site surveys
- Pricing and costings
- Life cycle reports and costings
- Technical reports and slip testing
- Sampling
- Mini-tendering
- Advice on issues such as sustainability, health and safety, and aftercare processes
Our Consultants host regular reviews with every significant flooring manufacturer from all flooring product sectors to maintain and enhance their expertise. Through the Consultancy team, our customers can also gain access to our Best Buy Agreements, which negotiate significant discounts passed on to customers utilising our services via a framework or partnership agreement.

We only recruit and train flooring operatives capable of attaining certification and expertise in every flooring preparation and installation process, including:
