Our team, led by Nick Bennett MRICS and Raj Ram BSc(Hons) MRICS, has years of combined experience in the surveying industry, specializing in valuations and condition surveys of residential property.

We offer a range of services, including RICS Home Survey Reports (Level 2 & 3) and RICS Valuations for residential property. Our RICS Home Survey Reports (Level 2 & 3) provide a thorough inspection of the property, a report based on the inspection, and an optional valuation. Our RICS Valuations are conducted by RICS Registered Valuers, providing residential valuations and surveys for corporate institutional clients as well as for individual clients.
